Flight Attendant Communication and Support:

Flight Attendant Performance:
•Monitor employees in all aspects of performance: customer
service, compliance with safety and service procedures, uniform

•Ensure consistency in application of company policies, procedures
and standards within the Flight Attendant group.
•Conduct Flight Attendant line checks.
•Recognize and reward employees when appropriate.
•Monitor Flight Attendant absenteeism.
New Flight Attendants:
•Liaise with Corporate Development during initial classes.
•Participate in new hire line checks.
•Monitor performance of probationary employees.
•Recruitment: Participate in Flight Attendant interviews and hiring.
Union Relations:
•Participate in regional Union/Management meetings, providing
support and feedback, as required.
•Participate in the grievance process up to and including grievance
hearings, when required.
•Maintain a full understanding of the union contract and apply
articles consistently.
Flight Attendant Service Standards:
•Liaise with Onboard Product to ensure superior customer service
is provided.
•Support the budget process by managing to budget.
•Complete goals and objectives as assigned.

Position: Cabin Crew (Middle East)
Description: JOB PURPOSE
To deliver a high standard of customer service and safety on board
all Royal Jet aircrafts contributing to consistent service excellence.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Provide a safe environment for Guests and Cabin Crew onboard
through safe work practice and adequate SEP knowledge
2. To be contactable during duty days and display evident of
satisfactory attendance record in order to avoid disruption to flight
operations
3. Perform onboard service in accordance to Royal Jet service
process and standards, to maintain the highest level of Customer
Service
4. Maintain onboard equipments in terms of quality and quantity,
particularly when the aircraft is away from base, in order to reduce
costs associated with breakages and losses
5. Understand, anticipate and deliver the highest level of service to
all Guests by availing all their requests in a timely manner and
maintaining integrity, confidentiality and professionalism at all
times.
6. Maintain valid passport, visas, GCAA License and Medical
licenses.
7. May be required to take on supervisory responsibilities as
required by the company.

We have a Cabin Crew training course starting on 6th April at London Stansted Airport. The individuals we select for this opportunity will join a very successful aircraft operator on a seasonal contract through to Autumn 2010.

- Physically fit, able to pass a crew medical and able to swim at least 25 metres unaided;
- Educated to GCSE standard with good passes in English and Maths;
- Based within (or willing to quickly move to within) 60 minutes travel of Stansted Airport;
- Have easy internet access and fully familiar with using the Web.
Applicants must be available to start training on 6th April and preferably have a notice period of 2 weeks or less. A verifyable employment history is essential as the position is subject to a strict reference-checking process.
