have overall accountability for cabin operations in all
nominated airports. You will do this through inspirational
line management of the Cabin Crew Managers.
•To lead and motivate the Cabin Crew Managers across
multiple bases in achieving operational excellence in
order to deliver the required performance levels through a
focussed approach, enthusiasm and commercial acumen.
•Set and assign base targets and KPI's where appropriate
that drive delivery of Cabin services targets and report on
them on a monthly basis.
•To delivery a high performance culture, coaching the local
management team members ensuring brand integrity and
easyJet values
•Ensure your allocated bases deliver a safe first class
service to our customers ensuring all safety standards are
complied with including safety systems and safety
reporting i.e. AQD or the introduction on further systems.
•Ensure the bases have up to date and accurate
information and a level of understanding which allows
them to operate to the required standards including
easyJet Operations Manuals, Emergency Procedures
Manual and Standards Manuals
•Contribute to the development of the annual budget and
then ensure cabin crew cost are managed within the
agreed budget at all sites
•To support the Cabin Services Manager UK in leading
employee relations ensuring local management teams
consult and involve cabin crew representatives and cabin
crew unions in decision making to enhance the working
relationship.
•Ensures we apply policies and approaches in a
consistent manner across your allocated bases and
Cabin Services including disciplinary and grievance
procedures; making recommendation to enhance
company policy and procedures.
•Ensure develop and implement appropriate development
plans for your team and feed into Cabin Services
succession plans..
•Develop and maintain excellent relationships externally
as well as internally, cross functional working.
•Operate on call, when required
•Appoint deputy during time of absence
•Will actively make recommendation to enhance company
policy and procedures through the correct working groups
i.e. SAG
