Freelance and temporary Female cabin crew required for a large Boeing Private Aircraft, with the possibility of a full time position.
We are seeking applications from females aged 21-35 with Flying Experience.
Applicants must be available for up to a month at any one time.

Crew Scheduler Watanaya Airlines - Kuwait
Job Description
Job purpose: To manage the crew scheduling functions to ensure efficient utilization of personnel available in compliance with Civil Aviation regulations; also focuses on the development and coordination of the cabin crew scheduling activities.
Principal accountabilities:
Responsible for the planning and administrative functions of crew resources (includes crew staffing, rostering and vacation administration).
To develop and improve efficient, high quality crew schedule design so as to maximize pairing efficiency and quality to achieve productivity targets.
Coordinate with Flight Dispatch to ensure optimum utilization of crews during maintenance and/or weather irregularities.
To assist the Department head in special analysis, as required, to understand and evaluate impact of various changes to fleeted schedule, work rules, Civil Aviation Regulations, etc.
To assure the proper planned staff level of crew resources with minimum variability (excess and shortage) as defined.
Modify and manage the processes for vacation administration.
To maintain disciplinary warnings system and process.
To schedule employees for a wide variety of off work events (such as vacations, Leave of Absences, compassionate/emergency leaves, etc.) training, company functions, and community events.
To ensure that above mentioned activities are in accordance with existing policies, procedures and contractual constraints.
To assist in long-range planning in order to meet the staffing requirements of future schedules.
Audit and maintain current monthly crew schedules.
Education, capabilities, skills and experience:
Knowledge and experience of Airline operations and Management.
Preferably a Graduate/or possess specialized training in crew planning.
Minimum five years experience in crew resources area with an advanced level of understanding of the issues that relate to scheduling, including crew resources planning.
Expert knowledge of MS Office applications.
Able to work varied shifts, weekends and extended hours if required.
Working knowledge of crew planning systems and software.
Strong communication skills, oral and written and able to establish a rapport effectively at all levels.
Must possess strong qualitative and quantitative skills with advanced problem solving capabilities.

Our Cabin Crew Instructors are required to deliver safety and first aid training courses to cabin crew working for airlines in the UK. The full job description will be provided upon request to the Head of Training

Applicants should have considerable experience in the airline industry,
Minimum of two years experience in the delivery of cabin crew safety training courses
Valid Certificate in training delivery and instructional techniques
