Description: The education and training of cabin staff of the Swiss
group to safety, quality and professionalism.
On behalf of SWISS Swiss Aviation Training Ltd. provides
comprehensive training services. For the successful
implementation of career-related courses vessels and
strengthen our experienced Team we are looking for:
Trainers (4-6), "Product & Services Cabin Training"

Tasks
· Training and further training of cabin staff in the areas of
on-board service, product knowledge, Working
procedures, passenger service and intercultural
communication. Later on the needs and inclination
Delivery of management courses (FA3 and M / C EU / INT).
· Learning processes of groups and individuals evaluate
and assist
· Using in the development and management of training
concepts, procedures and lesson course materials. Later
on the needs and inclination acquisition and support of a
specific field.
· Implementation and ensure the quality and service
standards as well as the corporate ethos of SWISS
· Close cooperation with internal and external interfaces,
particularly with our client SWISS.
· Execution of administrative activities in connection with
the course organization and their Implementation.

Requirements
· Cabin Crew Member / Maître de Cabine with tenure and
at least two years of flying experience

· Loan agreement (transfer to Swiss Aviation Training Ltd..)
For a fixed period of at least three months. During the
transfer the remaining cabin crew member in his
constantly previous employment with CCM SWISS under
the applicable employment agreement.

with contract-TEMP (20%) or TZV Agreement with SWISS
