What You'll be Doing

For our customer

Be Special – By providing our customer with exceptional
customer service, whilst ensuring their onboard safety and
security remains a priority, you will ensure our customers
leave with a lasting impression of Thomson Airways.
Be a great performer – Industry leaders in Cabin Crew
training we will provide you with exceptional skills to
enable you to meet our customers needs and exceed their
expectations.

Be in the know - Working with your team you will deliver all
on-board services including promotion of our excellent
retail range, products and packages in order to achieve
targets and increase revenue.

For our company

Your contributions to the customer’s in-flight experience
will ensure that Thomson Airways stands out from the rest;
together with your passion for promoting our products and
services we will ensure that Thomson Airways is a
financially successful Company.

You will feel comfortable working under pressure and have
a genuine desire to achieve both independently and as
part of a team.

What We're Looking For

Essential
•A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
•Demonstrable customer service experience working with
a diverse range of customer profiles
•Experience of promoting services and products to
customers
•Resilient and flexible approach with the ability to adapt to
any situation.
•Confident communicator on an individual and group
basis with excellent interpersonal skills and an
enthusiastic and positive manner
•UK/Irish bank account, and Tax or National Insurance
number
•Aged 18 years or over (at the time of application)
•At least 1.58 metres tall
•Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and
English
•Able to swim 25 metres unaided
•Entitled to live and work indefinitely in the UK
•Hold a valid EU or UK passport that permits worldwide
travel without restrictions
•Articulate with a good sense of humour and an open and
warm personality
•Strong team player
•Flexibility to work weekends, bank holidays and a variety
of hours including night duties.

Safety Requirements:
•Able to move down the aisle, facing forward, must be able
to pass quickly (freely without assistance) through the
smallest secondary cabin emergency exit, fit in to
evacuation assist space located at a door area and fit into
a jump seat harness without modification.

Desirable:
•Ability to communicate in any foreign languages
