They are seeking a Passenger Services Agent to join their US team at their New York operation. Scope To ensure efficient and superior service is provided to passengers through the supervision of the Handling Agent. Achieve excellence in the KPI’s of on-time departures / Baggage delivery & customer satisfaction.
