Description Manages Vacation Program (awards vacation daily, coordinates with Crew Planning, Crew Payroll and PBS regarding planned absence)
Create programs and manages tracking of the following databases - passport/APIS, on-line phone directory, discipline, incident reports, onboard Maintenance issues
Work on Assigned projects Manages Crew Resource Flight Release program (daily leaves of absences)
Administrative Support to Flight Attendants & Inflight Management, which include, but not limited to, answering of phones, covering the Crew Resource counter, daily break down of flight packets, restoring of FA paperwork, filing in mailfiles, upkeep of bulletin boards, briefing rooms, etc.
Serving of drug testing notices to the Flight Attendants and communicates with Drug Administrator and CrewPayroll regarding scheduling of tests and pay
Manages Crew Resource Staff Monthly Calendar
Professional development, and other related duties as assigned

Requirements • Computer Skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Publisher, Frontpage, Sabre, etc.) • Able to professionally handle multiple tasks and meet all deadlines. • Work independently, but yet cohesively with others within the department, as well as other depts. • Must be able to work well under pressure • Minimum 1 year experience as an Administrator position or similar. • Must demonstrate effective communication skills, both verbal and written. • Must have good managerial, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills. • Needs to be able to frequently work flexible hours. • Ability to display good personal and working habits. • Takes Initiative and has good follow-through • Must be able to work with all levels of personnel • Needs to obtain an AOA badge and Ramp License. • Exceptional attendance history a must. • Have a "can do" attitude that can lead a large work group (FA's) , towards specific goals
