Intaway Resourcing is currently recruiting for a Cabin Crew Manager for our expanding Client based in the Middle East on a permanent basis.

Please note this is an office based position

Responsibilities:

* Scheduling Cabin Crew
* Contributing as part of a team to define the Clients product
* Menu development
* Ensuring product and service standards on board are set, maintained and delivered consistently
* Ensuring grooming standards
* Cabin Crew training
* Cabin Crew development and appraisals
* Auditing flights
* Sourcing and reviewing catering suppliers
* Ensuring catering quality
* Recruiting and interviewing Cabin Crew
* Flying approximately 25% of the time



Requirements:

* Must be fluent in English, other languages highly desirable
* Adaptable, must have the ability to think on your feet and work well under pressure
* Must be willing to work as part of a multi-cultural workforce

Experience:

* 2 years as Cabin Crew Manager with a VIP corporate airline in addition to 2 years as a Flight Attendant with a VIP corporate airline
* Experienced when dealing with a range of demanding situations
* Experience working within the Middle East highly desirable
