Essential Duties:
Ensures satisfactory performance of assigned staff
members including: Manager, Inflight Training & Inflight
Training Instructors
Monitors all phases and aspects of Inflight education,
training, and quality assurance; ensures all department
personnel adhere to defined policies and procedures
Responsible for the content and compliance of the Flight
Attendant Manual (FAM) and coordinates with Technical
Publications during revision cycles
Administers all Inflight publications, including the FAM,
Bulletins, Read Files, and other communications
Evaluates and reviews policies and procedures to ensure
a high level of onboard safety
Acts as Inflight point of contact in the planning and
execution of projects relating to aircraft reconfigurations,
changes to onboard equipment or implementation of new
aircraft types
Coordinates with Sr. Manager, Onboard Products to
develop and implement procedures to increase onboard
sales and revenue
Act as the direct liaison with Customer Service to ensure
superior interdepartmental customer service training
Design and develop future training solutions in
accordance with the evolving corporate business plan
Department representative for the implementation of a
Company-wide e-learning solution
Assists with the Inflight Training budget
Maintains a support position to the Sr. Director of Inflight
Maintain currency within Spirit Airline’s Flight Attendant
Program, fulfilling all requirements as outlined in the
FOTM
Prepare and catalog weekly, monthly and yearly reports of
training statistics for the Company and FAA
Serve as role model in upholding standards of excellence
with regard to job knowledge, grooming and appearance
standards
Manage multiple detailed projects in a fast paced
environment with a high degree of accuracy and diplomacy
Additional duties as assigned
Must be available for flexible scheduling to support Spirit
Airlines operation

Requirements:
Ability to hold flight attendant qualification
Minimum 3-5 years of management experience
Experience in course development and structured
instructional/program design
College degree preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to anticipate and resolve problems in an expeditious
manner
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office products
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Work record which reflects strong leadership skills,
superior performance and high ethical standards
Positive attitude with the ability to be an effective mentor
Strong commitment to excellence, innovation, and
accountability
Professional appearance and demeanor
Proven ability to coach, motivate, and provide direction to
others
Experience with the following products highly desirable:
o Adobe Presenter
o Articulate Studio
o Adobe FrameMaker
