Reporting To: Lead Cabin Attendant

Job purpose
To provide high levels of customer service to passengers in line with Ocean Sky brand image and budgets, whilst ensuring excellent teamwork and communication at all times.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1 Ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers and crew in the cabin

2 Develop menu and arrange catering for each flight in accordance with passenger preferences, timeframes and budget

3 Ensure Cabin Attendant Procedures are followed as per handbook and manuals

4 Ensure aircraft interior is kept to the company’s exacting standards

5 Maintain passenger preference profiles and provide personalised service

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Essential

1 Proven ability in a similar role, with previous exposure to working in the business jet industry

2 Ability to work as part of a team as well as on own initiative

3 Excellent customer service skills

4 Ability to troubleshoot and find creative solutions in challenging situations

5 Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

6 Excellent communication skills

7 Ability to work within a budget and ensure cost effectiveness wherever possible

8 Ability to work at short notice and handle last minute schedule changes and passenger requests

9 Excellent food and wine service and presentation skills

10 Bilingual Russian/English

Desirable

1 Exposure to working in extreme climates

2 Ability to speak a number of languages
