Essential Duties:
Assist in the development of all Flight Attendant training programs, lesson plans, quality assurance and check ride programs
Responsible for administering quality assurance audits and check rides for the Inflight department
Ensure departmental compliance by conducting ongoing reviews of EPIs and SAIs
Complete understanding and use of Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) as they apply
Conduct ongoing audits to ensure courseware, instructor notes, Flight Attendant Manual and departmental procedures are consistent and support Company policy
Develop courseware consistent with current and future regulatory policies and procedures
Revise support materials and audio-visual presentations to support training modules
Develop study guides and classroom peripherals
Provide administrative assistance as required
Serve as role model in upholding standards of excellence with regard to job knowledge, grooming and appearance standards
Manage multiple detailed projects in a fast paced environment with a high degree of accuracy and diplomacy
Additional duties as assigned
Must be available for flexible scheduling to support Spirit Airlines operation

Requirements:
Previous experience developing and administering quality assurance programs preferred.
College degree preferred.
Thorough understanding and application of company policies and procedures.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to anticipate and resolve problems in an expeditious manner.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred prior experience in Adobe FrameMaker, Captivate and Presenter.
Must be available for flexible scheduling to support Spirit Airline’s operation to include weekends and holidays.
Work record which reflects strong leadership skills, superior performance and high ethical standards.
Ability to translate technical requirements and documentation into daily policies and procedures.
Previous instructing/teaching experience desired.
Thorough knowledge of aviation training programs and Spirit Airlines standard operating procedures preferred.
Positive attitude with the ability to be an effective mentor .
Strong commitment to excellence, innovation, and accountability.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Proven ability to coach, motivate, and provide direction to students.
