Position: DTW Inflight Base Supervisor (Detroit)
Description: PURPOSE OF POSITION: To manage Flight Attendants’
performance and attendance, supervise and assess
performance on a daily basis

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Associates Degree or equivalent required with a minimum
3 to 5 years supervisory experience including coaching,
counseling, mentoring, and disciplining employees.

OR

Bachelors Degree or equivalent required with a minimum
1 to 3 years supervisory experience including coaching,
counseling, mentoring, and disciplining employees.

Coordination of Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), worker’s
compensation, employee benefits (HIPAA) or other leave
programs preferred.
Minimum 1 year Flight Attendant experience preferred.
Knowledge of Comair’s Flight Attendant Handbook, Inflight
Services Manual and Flight Attendant contract preferred.
Human Resources experience is preferred.
Flight Attendant qualification with Comair is required within
six months from date in position.
Must maintain Flight Attendant qualification.
