Description Duties:
Responsible for the content development of various
courses in the InFlight Training Program
Update current courseware as new revisions are released
and policies are changed or updated
Understand the role of the instructor in InFlight Training
and develop courseware that will excel in the classroom
environment
Work with the SkyWest Multi Media department to create
and develop courseware
Ensure content in courseware is up to date with all
Regulatory Requirements
Attend meetings as necessary, some travel required
Ability to work a non-traditional schedule including nights,
days, holidays, and weekends.
Requirements Qualifications and Skills:
Must be proficient in MS Office Suite including PowerPoint,
Word, Excel and Outlook
Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator,
Photoshop and InDesign a plus
Extensive knowledge and understanding of SkyWest
Airlines’ InFlight policies and procedures
Understanding of Federal Regulations as applicable to the
flight attendant position
Excellent writing and communication skills
Attention to detail in producing quality work
Qualified SkyWest flight attendant in good standing
(preferred)
Current LEAD flight attendant or experience as a ground
instructor (preferred)
Must be willing to work nights and weekends when
needed during heavy development periods
Creative thinker, and passionate about education and
flight attendant training
Ability to be self driven, and excel with minimal supervision
Ability to adapt to constant change
Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
Ability to work a non-traditional schedule including nights,
days, holidays, and weekends.
