Description
We currently have an opening for a Flight Attendant, for the Shuttle Toronto reporting to the Manager, Shuttle Toronto. The primary objectives of this position are to: maintain approved standards of safety in the aircraft cabin. This shall include all applicable requirements from the CAR's, the CBAA, Transport Canada F/A Standards & Training, the BAOM, the SOP's and the FAM.
Responsibilities:
•Shuttle Cabin Crew shall be responsible for maintaining approved standards of safety in the aircraft cabin, the Shuttle F/A is directly responsible to the PIC in this matter.
•Ensure that all commissary and catering requirements for the assigned flights is onboard and correctly stowed as per the service plan for each flight. Ensure requirements for the first flight of the next Cabin Crew member are ordered.
•Maintain onboard inventory and general cleanliness. Ensure the cabin has been tidied and swept, and that refrigerated items are properly stored before leaving the aircraft for crew rest or crew change.
•Report unserviceable equipment, cabin repair items and extraordinary aircraft grooming requirements to the PIC as applicable.
•Ensure that the shuttle hotline is updated daily.
•Ensure that all daily and weekly paperwork is completed and submitted as applicable to the schedule, and follow procedures for delays and cancellations .
Qualifications
•3 years experience as a Commercial Flight Attendant, and/or 2 years experience as a Corporate Flight Attendant
•French language an asset
•Minimum High-school diploma, post-secondary education is desirable but not required
•Must fluently speak and read/write English

COMPENSATION
Starting pay for Flight Attendants is: $15.59 per flight hour.
After 6 months: $16.71 per flight hour
After one year: $18.40 per flight hour.

Oversee the safe operation of the crew base(s).

crews regardless of Republic Airways Holdings entity.
Assist with disciplinary action as needed.
Accomplish other duties as assigned by the Company
Must be able to successfully complete Flight Attendant
Training and ability to maintain Flight Attendant

Description Responsibilities:
The Flight Attendant Base Manager reports to the Director
of Inflight and Communications.
The Flight Attendant Base Manager is responsible and
has the authority to:
* Directly supervise the Inflight Support Coordinators
*Oversee daily operations of the base
*Conduct Inflight observation, evaluation, and/or training to
include Flight Attendant Check Rides, Lead Flight
Attendant Check Rides, Initial Operating Experience (IOE),
and assist with any other training related duties as may be
necessary.
*Conduct Inflight Quality Assurance Program (IQAP) audits.
*Directly observe Inflight Cabin Operations on a regular
basis
*Review all Lead Flight Attendant Reports and follow-up
on pertinent issues
*Review any Flight Attendant CMMR, PCP, and/or PCN to
ensure fair and appropriate discipline as outlined in the
Flight Attendant Policies and Procedures Handbook.
*Collect and deposit money from any Inflight sales by
Flight Attendants.
*Approve and monitor Inflight Support Coordinator
schedules.
*Recruit and/or interview Flight Attendant personnel
*Coordinate and develop Flight Attendant Recognition
Programs with Inflight Support Coordinators.
*Ensure Flight Attendants have all of the required items to
properly perform duties and Responsibilities:, including
uniforms, manuals, passports, and equipment.
*Serve as a Flight Attendant, Lead Flight Attendant, or
Inflight Support Coordinator when required.
