Responsibilities:
• Supervises and coordinates Inflight functions including maintenance of flight schedule integrity, attendance, and discipline.*
• Assists with the recruitment and selection of flight attendant applicants.
• Acts as a liaison between various departments to handle irregularities as it relates to the flight attendants and onboard product/commissary issues.
• Researches and reports on flight attendant delays.
• Administers the flight attendant collective bargaining agreement.
• Award vacation bids and monthly vacation adjustments.
• Ensure flight attendant standards are being met.
• Must be Inflight qualified.*
• Attendance is considered an essential responsibility.*
• Adherence to all Company policies and procedures.*


Requirements • Bachelor degree preferred
• Flight Attendant experience – must be inflight qualified
• No licenses required.
