JOB TITLE: Cabin Crew (20 posts)

REPORTS TO: Chief Cabin Crew/Assistant Chief Cabin
Crew

ROLE PURPOSE STATEMENT
Consistently provision of quality customer service to
passengers in a safe environment for their comfort and
satisfaction.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
? Deliver in-flight customer service in accordance to
Precision Air’s set standards
? Maintain proper utilization of Company property to avoid
wastage and misuse.
? Implement safety and emergency standards at all times
for compliance and corporate safety
? Realize maximum productivity
? Carry out duty free sales to maximize profits
? Comply with company standards as regard to crew
appearance and abide by uniform regulations
? Any other duty as you may be assigned by your
supervisor

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE
Good command of both written and spoken Kiswahili and
English Language.
A-level standard of education
Excellent communication skills
Computer literate
Experience in customer service environment is an added
advantage
Those who posses cabin Crew Member Certificate will
have an added advantage
