Description: Please read below requirements and specifics regarding
the application process and Flight Attendant position.

All invitations are valid for three (3) months and an email
invitation will be sent to qualified applicants, upon initial
completion of the application. Session will be posted
below when scheduled.

Due to seating capacity, prior to attending ANY session, all
qualified applicants who received an invitation should
send an email requesting a seat when you see an open
session posted below that you can attend. Once your
request has been received, you will receive a Final Seat
Confirmation to the open session if seating is available

We do not provide travel to our sessions, and most
recruiting sessions are held in our bases below:

PHX (Phoenix, AZ)
CLT (Charlotte, NC)
ORD (Chicago - O’Hare)
IAD (Washington-Dulles)

Session locations will be posted on this site as they are
planned. Once your application has been completed, you
will need to receive an invitation, reply with an RSVP and
receive a confirmation back from our office prior to
attending. Please see below for detailed instructions.

Due to very limited seating, all applicants will be required
to bring a "CONFIRMED" Seat invitation.

Professional Attire, please.

Please plan for (three plus) hours and professional attire,
please.

Our most Jr bases are: IAD and ORD, placement into one
of these bases is highly likely.

1. For seating capacity, all interested applicants will need
to apply online.

An "open" invitation will be sent via email to qualified
applicants to attend a session, if any are scheduled. If
sessions are posted and you would like to attend, please
send an email requesting the session you would like to
attend, to pearl.norton@mesa-air.com. Once we receive
your request, you will be emailed a final confirmation. You
will need to bring an invitation and the confirmation when
you arrive to the session.

Please be advised, it is the responsibility of the applicant
to check this website frequently for upcoming session
dates.

UPON RECEIPT OF YOUR CONFIRMATION, YOUR SEAT
WILL BE RESERVED FOR THE INTERVIEW SESSION.

3. We apologize, but Mesa Air Group does not offer travel
to any Recruiting Sessions, and session applies to
mainland bases only.

4. Please make sure your online application is current.

No previous airline experience necessary to apply, though
customer service experience is! Applicants must be 21
years of age.

Mesa Air Group Flight Attendants ensure compliance with
company as well as FAA regulations & policies while

passengers, keeping in mind that "SAFETY" is our first
priority.

BASES
Applicants must be willing to relocate to any assigned
Mesa Air Group base, based on operational needs at the
time. Current bases are as follows and are subject to
change:

PHX (Phoenix, AZ)
CLT (Charlotte, NC)
ORD (Chicago - O’Hare)
IAD (Washington-Dulles)
HNL (Honolulu, Hawaii) - This base is very senior and at
this time, we are not recruiting for our go! operations.

Bases are subject to change.

We cannot promise that you will be given your first choice
of a base; our most junior bases at this time are IAD, and
ORD.

COMPENSATION
Starting pay for Flight Attendants is: $15.59 per flight hour.
After 6 months: $16.71 per flight hour
After one year: $18.40 per flight hour.
Flight Hours will be discussed at the open session

Previous Airline experience NOT required, however; a high
level of customer service and professionalism is!

Only FULL time Flight Attendant positions available. Sorry,
NO part time.

REQUIREMENTS
If you meet the minimum requirements and are a
professional, friendly, outgoing individual, with a high level
of customer service skills, we welcome you to fill out an

Minimum Requirements:

Must posses a positive and professional attitude with a
high level of customer service!

Must pass FAA 10 year (plus) background & fingerprinting
check (provided by Mesa Air Group)

Must pass initial and ongoing drug screening.

Must have a High School Diploma/GED

Must be able to obtain a Government Issued I.D.

Must be able to speak, read, & write English fluently

Must be a U.S. Citizen or have authorization to work in U.S.
as defined in Immigration Act of 1986.

Must be at least 21 years of age

Must have complete use of ALL five senses

Minimum 20/40 vision, corrected or uncorrected

Height no taller than 5ft. 10 inches

Be physically fit, well groomed & practice good hygiene &
etiquette

Able to lift 45 pounds to shoulder and perform all safety
related functions and job requirements, including perform
emergency evacuations including over aircraft wing,
through exit doors without stairs.

Customer Service background with emphasis on
communication skills

Available to be away from base for up to 6 days at a time

Attend unpaid training in Phoenix AZ or Charlotte, NC

Must be willing & able to relocate to any assigned base,
and be willing to work nights, weekends & holidays

Applicants selected for training must be willing to attend a
tuition free training course in Phoenix, AZ or Charlotte, NC
for up to 3-6 weeks,

Lodging and travel is provided to training. (Travel is
standby.)

APPLICATION PROCESS

All applicants that are interested in attending an open
recruiting session will need to complete an on line
application for the Flight Attendant position, and attend an
open interview session. Please make sure your
application is complete.

You must be willing and able to relocate! We only have
FULL time Flight Attendant position available. We are
sorry, but we do not offer travel to our sessions.

3. If approved for an interview, you will receive an invitation
to any open session via email. For seating capacity, when
you see a session posted, that would you like to attend,
you will need to send an email requesting a seat
confirmation; to: pearl.norton@mesa-air.com. Pending
seat availability, you will be emailed a "final" seat
confirmation, only for the session requested.

Complete the online application below. Please ensure
that, after completing your application, you save and
please make sure you have "PUBLISHED" it.

4. Attend a group information/interview session that is
closest to you. If your application meets our
requirements, you will be emailed an invitation, after your
application has been completed online. Print the invitation
and bring with you. In order to attend a recruiting session
you must have an invitation. No late applicants admitted.
NOTE: WE DO NOT PROVIDE TRAVEL TO OUR
INTERVIEW SESSIONS.

5. Professional BUSINESS attire required at interview
session.

6. If you are selected for training, you will attend Flight
Attendant training in Phoenix, AZ or Charlotte, NC for 3-6
weeks. Process will include drug screening and a full 10
year (plus) FAA background/fingerprint check (provided by
Mesa Air Group).

7. Applications are held on file for (6) months. If you are
not selected or are unable to attend an open interview
session during that time, please update your online
application AFTER the (6) month mark has been reached.
