Skills, Experiences and Qualifications

Minimum
a.Professional experience in the area VIP & Executive
Cabin Service operations as a Cabin Attendant & a
Manager.
b.A detailed understanding of VIP & Executive passenger
requirements from many cultural back grounds.
c.At least 10 years experience in aviation cabin services
management.
d.Detailed knowledge of the regional aviation regulations
& aviation law.
e.Excellent Leader.
f.Excellent communication skills.
g.Excellent negotiation skills.

Desirable
a.Experience with large & small airliners
b.Experience in aircraft VIP & Charter environment.
c.Experience in managing staff in a multi cultural
organization.
