POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for the comfort, safety and handling of the
passengers in compliance with the FAR’s and Inflight
Services Manual.

AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:
•Shall report during flight to the Pilot-in-Command, and at
all other times to the Chief Flight Attendant
•At times must be available to report for duty, to Williston
Airport, within 90 minutes of trip notification
•Responsible to maintain current knowledge of all inflight
and emergency procedures
•Responsible for preflight inspection in relation to cabin
duties
•Responsible for cabin cleanliness and sanitary
conditions of commissary and associated serving
equipment
•Responsible for inflight service as prescribed in company
policies and procedures
•Responsible for promoting passenger satisfaction in a
professional manor
•Make various informational and safety related
announcements
•Assist the flight crew and/or customer service
representative as needed to ensure prompt departures
•Other duties as assigned by the Chief Flight Attendant

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge, skill and abilities:

•Knowledge of overall Company policies and procedures
•Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
•Effective communication skills
•Strong customer service
•Must write, speak and understand English
•Must be available to work flexible hours and days
including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Requires
overnights away form home up to 20 nights a month.
Schedules change monthly.
•Must be at least 21 years of age

Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift 40 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 70
pounds
•Must be able to sit in flight attendant jumpseat with
seatbelt and harness properly fastened
•Height must not exceed 5 feet 11 inches

Education or Formal Training:

•High School diploma
•Must be in good standing with Company
