Description
Successful candidates must possess exceptional,
communication skills, a dedication to excellent customer
service, a positive, conservative professional image, a
willingness to relocate and work a varied schedule, the
ability to perform physical activities and an ability to make
appropriate decisions under stress.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Provide constant attention to the passengers in order that
the passengers' trip be as safe and comfortable as
possible.
Maintain a thorough working knowledge of all emergency
procedures and the use of all emergency equipment on
board the aircraft.
Maintain health, vitality and appearance; a requisite to
courteous , alert, efficient and friendly passenger service.
Perform all cabin duties and passenger service in a
manner that is professional and reflects credit upon the
Flight Attendant and the Company.
Maintain a neat, orderly and acceptable cabin.
Assist other Customer Service staff during non-routine
operations with passenger handling.
Operate all emergency exits and aircraft equipment using
all the necessary movements and force up to and
including 70 pounds.
Observe the Rules of Conduct for all employees as outline
in the Associates Handbook.
Perform such other duties as may be assigned by the
company.

Training

Candidates selected must successfully complete an FAA
training program for 20 days at our Training Center in
Indianapolis. Candidates will be paid for the training
period. Training includes classroom work, study groups
and hands-on experience onboard the aircraft. Some of
the topics covered will be customer service, safety, aircraft
equipment familiarization, first aid, CPR, and
responsibilities in emergency situations.

Crew bases: Bases are awarded during training based
on the seniority in the class and according to the needs of
our company at that time. Not all bases will be available.

Columbus, OH; New York, NY (LaGuardia); Louisville, KY;
Chicago, IL (O'Hare); Milwaukee, WI; Grand Rapids MI;
Cleveland OH

Republic Airlines: Washington, DC (Reagan National);
Pittsburgh, PA; Indianapolis, IN; Philadelphia, PA ; Denver,
CO; Columbus; Greensboro, NC; Kansas City, MO;

Shuttle America: Indianapolis, IN; Chicago, IL(O'Hare);

Requirements
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must undergo a 10-year background and FBI fingerprint
check
Possess a high school diploma or GED
Must have the legal right to work in the United States and
must be able to travel in and out of the country without
restriction.
Must pass a FAA mandated pre-employment test for
drug/alcohol misuse.
Must have a valid passport before attending the three week
training class. If you do not currently possess a current
passport, you must expedite your application and bring the
receipt with you to class.
Must be able to operate all emergency exits and aircraft
equipment using all the necessary movements and force
up to and including 70 pounds.
Must be willing to relocate to an assigned crew base.
Must adhere to a strict uniform dress code which includes
no visible tattoos or multiple piercings.
