Position: Flight Attendant Open House @ DFW
Description: Thank you for your interest in employment with Omni Air International. Omni will be hosting a Flight Attendant Open House for anyone interested in going into a Flight Attendant pool for a future class and becoming a member of our team. We are recruiting primarily for our Dallas base at this time but candidates must be prepared to be assigned to any of our bases across the country. If you are interested in a Flight Attendant position with Omni you can attend the following Open House or check our website periodically for other open house locations. Please do not re-send your resume. If you attend the Open House, you must bring your resume to the interview. Omni does not provide hotel or travel to the Open House.

If you have attended an OAI Flight Attendant Open House or Recruiting Session previously and were not invited to training, you must wait up to 1 year to reapply.

If you are a Flight Attendant on furlough from another airline, Omni requires you to give up your recall rights and submit a letter of resignation before you start training. We will verify this information.

WHAT TO EXPECT: Presentation, Q & A, Pre-Screening Process, Individual Introductions, Reading of Flight Announcement, Interview process.

Sign in will be available from 6:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. Sign in will be cut off earlier should maximum occupancy be reached prior to 8:00 a.m.

ABSOLUTELY NO LATE ADMITTANCE ALLOWED. Be prepared to stay all day.

We are seeking applicants:
§ Must be 21 years or older
§ Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English
§ Must be willing to relocate if necessary
§ Must possess stable employment history for the past 10 years
§ Must be flexible, friendly, and outgoing
§ Must be well groomed, professional, with good communication skills
§ Must be comfortable in a pool of water
§ Must be able to lift 50 lbs
§ Must be able to pass a 10 year Background/Criminal/DMV Check and Pre-Employment Drug Screen
§ Must be able to obtain a passport or already possess a passport which allows unrestricted travel in and out of foreign countries

Flight Attendant Bases:
§ Atlanta
§ Baltimore
§ Dallas
§ Las Vegas

Training:
§ Paid training-$200/wk for each successful week of completion
§ Our training facility is located in Atlanta, GA
§ Training lasts approximately 4 weeks and will entail classroom lectures, home study, daily testing, and on the job training.
§ Upon completion of training you will take your first live flight to conduct your “Initial Operating Experience (IOE).” Your IOE consist of 5-hours of on the job testing.

Benefits Include:
§ $18.05 per flight hour with a 65 hour per month guarantee
§ $20.50 per flight hour with a 65 hour per month guarantee after the 1st year.
§ $200 a day call out pay (flying on a scheduled off day)
§ Per Diem- $1.50/hr Domestic and $2.00/hr International
§ Immediate opportunities for international travel
