Please find attached the details for my 59th Corporate Flight Attendant Training in Customer Service Excellence.
This open training takes place from the 2nd-3rd of April 2011 in Geneva.


Included in this two day intensive training package is:

•Icebreaker Dinner on the evening of April 1st 2011
•1 day Customer Service Excellence training (10 hours)
•1 day Soft Skills training (10 hours)
•2 tailor made documents folders, each containing 30 pages
•Recognized certificates
•Unlimited supply of Nespresso coffee and mineral water on each day
•Pastries, fresh fruits and mignardise on each day on the coffee breaks
•3 course lunch including beverages on each day
•Champagne, white Burgundy and red Bordeaux wine tasting
