Essential Duties:

• Motivate and coach Flight Attendants to ensure a positive work environment and encourage individual development and success.
• Mentor, counsel, and handle job performance issues for F/A’s per company policies and procedures, including attendance, personal appearance, on board performance, adherence to FAR’s/company policies and customer service. Conducts termination when appropriate.
• Perform check rides in order to monitor F/A onboard performance.
• Maintain accurate F/A records regarding all aspects of performance
• Monitors Crew check-ins, preflight briefings, and gate area. Provide ongoing tools/updates/changes.
• Direct or general supervision of approximately fifty (50) flight attendants to ensure that all job responsibilities are fulfilled in a positive successful manner.



Requirements:

• A positive attitude with the ability to motivate others.
• General management experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent service record.
• Must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and consistency in applying policy and procedures.
• Must have excellent organizational skills.
• Knowledge of computers.
• Physically able to travel on aircraft.
