Job Desc: Strategic oversight of catering requirements for a major passenger airline, coordinating with catering supplier, sales, in-flight, ground operations, and purchasing to provide state-of-the-art, in-flight service. Source caterers, ensuring food safety through proper handling, develop flight specific information for FA’s on board reference, develop weight and balance information per service as requested by OCC/Engineering.
Requirements: Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar position, familiarity with FAA FAR’s and regs, ability to adapt to ever-changing circumstances, react appropriately to emergencies as they arise, "people" skills.
Travel: 0 - 10%
