REPORTS TO: Manager, Airport Club Rooms

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide an inviting and comfortable environment for members
and guests

- Establish rapport by personally greeting each guest

- Prepare food, beverage, and liquor service for members and
guests

- Promote Alaska Airlines products and services

- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries, assist customers with
necessary travel arrangements (seat assignments, check-in
service, reservations, hotel, rental car arrangements), prioritize
members' needs and requests in a tight time frame

- Identify creative solutions to handle unhappy or mishandled
passengers

- Process new member enrollments and renewals

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

- Able to project a professional image and be approachable with
strong social skills

- Be articulate and able to effectively communicate with confidence

- Able to multi-task while working under pressure

- Able to make quick, sound decisions in a challenging and varied
work environment

- Computer experience, including familiarity with Image, Sabre,
Rumba preferred

- Strong marketing, sales, management, or customer services
experience
