Job Summary: Supports the Manager, Flight Attendant Training to
ensure efficient training schedules and requirements are
maintained.

Duties & Responsibilities:

•To conduct instruction as scheduled by the training department.
•To follow the approved training syllabi.
•To properly and completely fill out all training forms as
appropriate to the segment(s) of training taught.
•To promptly forward all forms and documentation to the Director,
Crewmember and Dispatch Training subsequent to any training.
•To inform the Manager, Flight Attendant Training of any known
inadequacies or ambiguities in the training program.
•To report any training problems relevant to a trainee to the
Manager, Flight Attendant Training or the Director, Flight
Operations or the Director of Crewmember and Dispatch Training
in the absence of the Manager.
•Responsible to the Training Department while serving in training
capacities.
•Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

•Four year college degree or equivalent work experience.
•Two years of airline operations experience.
•Intermediate typing skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
•Knowledge of Company policies, procedures and standards.
