Description This leadership position will enforce company policies and procedures in a positive manner, interact directly with flight attendants for purposes of coaching and disciplinary action and follow up on incident reports involving operations policies, personnel issues and service standards. Additional responsibilities include supervising and maintaining records for a group of 100-150 flight attendants. This position will be required to maintain a flight attendant currency on all aircraft types, work with other departments including the union. Flight attendant and management experience a plus. Microsoft office proficiency, coaching and counseling skills preferred. Airline experience and base management recommendation required, attendance will be checked. Inflight supervisor experience strongly preferred.
