Before you continue with application form, here are few hints that might be helpful.
Our carefully designed employment procedure involves a series of steps that are explained below to give you insight into our process and some of our expectations from a perspective candidate.
Please, read carefully instructions before filling in Job Application form.

Our Cabin Crew must ensure that our customer's safety and comfort come first and that they create a memorable experience by providing friendly, enthusiastic, courteous and fun service at all times. The job is busy and can be physically demanding. Cabin Crew have to be prepared to work on any day of the year, at any time of the day.

Our Cabin Crew members are Belle Air’s prime ambassadors in the eyes of our customers. They therefore need to display a high degree of motivation, enthusiasm and commitment in everything they do. Our mission is to meet and exceed customer expectations and to offer a unique hospitality.

1. General info
Belle Air (LZ) is low fare scheduled carrier connecting Tirana with European destinations. Transportation to and from work is provided. Roster is announced in advance of minimum seven days. All documents are distributed in electronic form, so we encourage you to bring your laptop with you.

2. Application
Only electronically submitted applications will be consider for future evaluation.
Please fill up all the fields provided. If not applicable to you, state N/A. For the types of airplanes endorsed in the license fill four most relevant for job applied.
At the end please check that you have attached all the documents requested for application, and those are:

CV
PASSPORT
PICTURES NOT OLDER THAN 3 MONTHS (one full length and one head shoulders)
FIRST AND LAST 4 PAGES OF COMPANY CERTIFIED FLIGHT LOG (or similar proof for flying experience)
TRAINING RECORD (COPY OF LAST CRM, RECURRENT, LINE CHECKS,...)
VALID LICENSE (WITH TYPE RATING)
CREW MEMBER ID (from your last company)
HIGHEST EDUCATION DIPLOMA
VALID/LAST MEDICAL CERTIFICATE
LETTER(S) OF RECOMMENDATION FROM PREVIOUS EMPLOYER(S)-if applicable
IF INVOLVED IN INCIDENT OR ACCIDENT - DETAIL EXPLANATION
All the mentioned documents shell be scanned and attached as .pdf documents to Application form. Please resize pdf. attachments to be less than 100 KB.
Incomplete Application will not be considered!

Documents that shall be brought for Interview:
 10 (ten) passport size photography
 Two original Non-criminal records sealed with Apostille
 Original Birth certificate (International form)
 Originals of all documents.

3. Pre-selection
The pre-selection process involves a detailed review of your CV and submitted documents. Our recruitment experts shall take into account your qualification, overall experience, your current employer and other such relevant factors. Candidates that fulfill requirements will be notified about the next step.

4. Interview
Candidates that have passed pre-selection process will undergo a personal interview. This may be conducted by telephone, on a one-to-one basis or preferably in Tirana as part of overall assessment. Belle Air will provide transportation from its destinations and accommodation in Tirana.
The Company conducts suitable skills and personality tests as part of the process for selected positions. After the successful completion of the personal interview, candidates will have to undergo an administrative Pre-employment release process.

Interview is organized in two parts:
First day, Part I
- Welcome speech – company introduction
- Submitting and checking of all original documents (listed above)
- Testing of general aeronautical knowledge (only for experienced Cabin Crew Members)
- Interview

Second day, Part II
- Accountable manager’s address
- Filling up of Pre-employment release form
- Signing of contracts

5. Initial cabin crew training
Every new cabin crew will be provided with comprehensive training in our Training Center.

6. Ground school
Upon signing the contract, experienced candidate will be schedule and attend Belle Air Ground School. During ground school Belle Air Human Resources will take care of license validation and issuance of Work permits.

7. Line training
All the candidates will undergo line training.

8. Time-table
All steps of employment procedure shall be planned in most efficient way and all candidates will be involved and informed about their personal schedule.
