IN- Flight Training Instructor Duties and Responsibilities include:

1.Facilitate course curriculum, simulations, hands-on or evaluations.
2.Create an environment that fosters team spirit and works to improve team performance

3.Following and being accountable for established corporate and departmental policies and procedures as outlined in the Flight Attendant Manual.
4.Mentoring and guiding flight attendants to achieve success.
5.Preparing and being responsible for having updated material, including documenting/completing appropriate class paperwork and maintaining training aids. 6.Maintain effective relationships with training staff, vendors and In-Flight Management. 7.Monitors Flight Attendants for compliance with company policies, service and safety standards.
8.Reports to the Manager of Training Development any deficiencies or inaccuracies in training materials.
9.Reports to the Director of In-Flight any deficiencies in a crewmembers performance.

Requirements

Qualifications and/or experience:



1. Must be a current qualified Ryan Flight Attendant or ability to qualify
2. Minimum two (2) year of Flight Attendant experience or one year professional teaching experience
3. Strong leadership, problem solving and decision making skills
4. Demonstrate effective presentation skills and excellent customer service skills
5. Demonstrate flexibility and performs multi tasks simultaneously
6. Demonstrate professionalism, courteousness, consistency
7. Employee file must not contain active discipline
8. Work independently, as well as, in a group
9. Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint compute skills
10. Able to remain patient and calm under pressure
11. Ability to use discretion with confidential information
12. Must successfully complete In-flight Instructor Training
