Position Description SUMMARY
Manages and directs Cabin Service crew activity by performing the
following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.

Assesses and monitors the assigned Cabin Service responsibilities.

Attends required customer training courses.

Ensures customer requirements are met or exceeded.

Inspects and ensures that all cleaning operation standards are met.

Trains Cabin Service personnel.

Schedules Cabin Service personnel work assignments.

Ensures that employees adhere to all safety and personnel policies.

Monitors and requests all needed operation supplies.

Ensures equipment-operating status is safe and efficient by
coordinating equipment maintenance with the Ground Support
Maintenance shop.

Is able to meet the Station’s attendance standards.

MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Directly manages subordinate supervisors and non-supervisory
Cabin Service employees. Carries out management responsibilities
in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training
employees; planning, assigning, and directing work assignments;
performance appraising; employee recognition; employee
discipline; addressing complaints and providing problem
resolutions.

QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to
perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed

Experience in the cabin service operation. Good communication
and interpersonal skills. Successfully completed Company's PST
program.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associate’s degree (A.A) or equivalent from two-year college or
technical school; or six months to one year related experience
and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and
experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules,
operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to
speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of
organization.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure,
using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to
compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar
graphs.

REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw
valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of
technical instructions furnished in written, verbal, diagram, or
schedule form. Ability to deal with several abstract and concrete
variables.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Valid Driver's License. Possess/maintain a valid driver’s license
and other FAA/Airport required identification/seals or
authorizations.
