POSITION PURPOSE:
This position will be the first point of contact for Flight Attendant questions and requests. It is imperative that this position assists with meeting Flight Attendant needs and requests, while ensuring Company policies and AWA/AFA agreement are followed. Duties will include: address Flight Attendant needs, answer phone calls-assist if possible, direct if necessary; issue leaves of absence as appropriate; assist with computers and ensure adequate working condition of all equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Approachable and Professional demeanor
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on Customer Service
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Ability to multi-task
- Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, SBS Maestro and Qik preferred
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with all levels of management and employees
- Ability to work varied hours
