Job Description:

POSITION purpose: This position will provide daily operational support to front-line employees (i.e., flight attendants).
Principal duties and responsibilities:
- Assists and educates flight attendants, including day-to-day coaching and counseling
- Conducts delay investigations
- Conducts crew briefings
- Participates in defusing following critical incidents
- Serves as operational liaison with other department
- Performs line checks aboard revenue flights
- Participates in Critical Incident Response Program pager rotation
- Conducts flight attendant interviews
- Performs other duties and special projects, as assigned by manager



Qualifications:

Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a leadership role requiring effective coaching, counseling and motivational skills required
- Knowledge of Company guidelines, Company/AFA agreement and flight attendant duties and responsibilities
- Must be able to obtain and maintain InFlight qualification, if not currently InFlight qualified
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, SBS Maestro preferred
- Approachable and professional demeanor
- Ability to work with all levels of management and employees
- Ability to perform well under stress and to manage a heavy and diverse workload
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience/training
- FAA drug test required
