Manager Cabin Crew Training

The Manager Cabin Crew Training position plays a critical
role within the Cabin Services department to manage the
Service Training of our Award Winning five star Cabin
Crew.

The person will be responsible to;
•Design, develop and deliver exceptional training courses
to maintain our Cabin Crew.
•Manage, develop and oversee leadership training
courses at all levels to include future leaders within our
team of junior and senior Cabin Crew.
•Ensure every member of the Cabin Crew team is fully
equipped to inspire and support their teams on-board to
continue to achieve extraordinary results at 40,000 feet.
•Prepare detailed scope of works and specifications,
including performance specifications required for the
group of Instructors and the Training team.

To join our 5-star team in this role you will need the
following skills and experience;
•Must have a University Degree, ideally specialising in
Human Resources, Organisational or Leadership
Development.
•Minimum of 8 years experience in Learning &
Development in a major international airline.
•Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a
team towards outstanding results.
•Ability to work effectively with diverse clients at all levels in
a large, complex organization.
•Strong business acumen with the ability to translate
requirements into practical, scalable solutions.
•Excellent communication and presentation skills are
essential.
