Description: Hi Fly is an European airline based in Portugal, long
haul/widebody wet lessor specialist and operating
worldwide. The airline completed the certification process
in April 2006, obtaining its Air Operating Certificate, issued
by INAC, the civil aviation authorities of Portugal, and in full
compliance with all the EU, JAR-OPS and EASA
regulations, the most demanding worldwide.

The first aircraft included in the Air Operating Certificate
was an Airbus A330-300. Today, Hi Fly fleet includes 6
Airbus widebody, long range, last generation aircraft of the
following models: Airbus A310's - 2 units; Airbus A330's - 2
units; Airbus A340's - 2 units.

The Company obtained its certification to operate
worldwide, without any restrictions. Special certifications
like Low Visibility Operation, 180 minutes ETOPS and
Dangerous Goods were also obtained.

Hi Fly management team includes very senior airline
executives with a strong and successful track record. Most
of the senior team has over 20 years of experience in the
air transportation industry and middle management over
10 years. This is the case in all Hi Fly departments, Flight
Operations, Ground Operations, Engineering and
Maintenance, Safety, Security, Commercial, Finance,
Administration and Quality.

Hi Fly operates its fleet of Airbus widebody aircraft mainly
on long haul operations across Europe, Middle East, Far
East, Australia and Africa. Also, Hi Fly is certified and
authorized to fly into the USA. Other areas of operational
experience and expertise include Africa, Central America,
Caribbean and South America. Hi Fly has consistently
delivered a very high standard of operations and safety to
its customers across the globe, with a higher than average
dispatch reliability.

The company is financially sound generating consistent
profits and zero debt towards third parties, an important
guarantee to its customers that Hi Fly wil still be around in
the decades to come. Over the last ten years world aviation
industry has witnessed the longest period of prosperity on
record, with growth rates exceeding the expected 5% and
reaching double digits in the Middle East, China and
Indian sub-continent regions.

By all accounts, this growth rate is set to continue
unabated for the next twenty years at least, in correlation
with the growing economies of emerging markets.

Hi Fly core business is to supply interim lift and support to
other airlines, corporations and governments, on medium
to long term wet lease or charter contracts. The main
reasons why an airline would contract additional aircraft on
wet lease from a wet lessor specialist are:

a.Unexpected loss of an aircraft for whatever reason
(unexpected maintenance, incident or accident, etc)

b.Starting new routes or increasing frequencies on
established routes

c.Interim lift while an airline is waiting for the delivery of
new aircraft (waiting list can be on certain models over 5
years)

d.Sudden increase in demand (eg military transport due to
an open conflict or the sudden success of a destination,
with strong increase in demand)

e.Support to investors in start-up airlines, launching the
initial routes

By operating modern, state of the art aircraft, Hi Fly deals
mainly with major airlines, established carriers,
Governments or investors. As the airline industry grows to
match demand of an increasing number of passengers,
the number of events requiring interim lift and therefore Hi
Fly markets are growing as well.

Requirements:

Minimum age 18 years old

Height superior to 1,60 m (women) and 1,70 m (men)

Excelent image and health condition

English and another language spoken and written

12º school year complete

know how to swim

Regularized military service

Availability for long absence periods and preference for
candidates with certification on security issued by an entity
approved by INAC
