Position: Inflight Supervisor (CLE)
Description: Champlain Enterprises, d/b/a Continental Connection is looking
for a capable person to fill the position of Inflight Supervisor.

Organizational oversight of the Inflight Department to include
day-to-day operations.
Interaction with FAA CSI (Cabin Safety Inspector).
Ensure company standards for safety and professional service
through training and checkrides
Hiring, evaluation, discipline and discharge within the Inflight
Department.
Direct oversight of line Flight Attendants.
Accurate implementation of applicable work rules and periodic
contract negotiations.
Collect and interpret all regulatory and guidance material
associated with Inflight activities.
Manage and revise, as needed, the content of the company Flight
Attendant Manual.
Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by the Director of
Inflight as needed.

Requirements:
Must have previous supervisory experience
Must be able to get qualified as Flight Attendant on company aircraft
Previous Airline experience preferred
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft Office product
