POSITION TITLE: Instructor - Inflight Trng

POSITION PURPOSE:
Develop, coordinate, and deliver FAA and other
government regulatory and Company mandated training
programs for InFlight employees and other Flight
Operations employees, including flight crew training
instructors and pilots.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conducts FAA and DOT regulated initial and recurrent
training for all flight attendants
- Conducts FAA mandated and regulated training for all
pilots and flight crew training instructors
- Conduct Company-mandated training programs,
including but not limited to, CPR, First Aid, and the use of
Automatic External Defibrillators
- Supervises new-hire flight attendants while in initial
training, including but not limited to, performance
assessment, performance management, counseling and
coaching, progressive disciplinary action, and termination
of student employees when warranted
- Plans, develops, conducts, and analyzes training and
development needs; develops, designs, implements, and
evaluates curriculums and instructional methodologies
pursuant to Company and Governmental requirements
- Coordinates and supervisors InFlight training facilitators
- Supports and participates in special programs and
projects as requested by internal clients (e.g., InFlight
Services, Flight Standards, Safety, Regulatory Compliance,
etc.)

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Demonstrated skills, knowledge, and experience in all
aspects of InFlight Services and operations
- Demonstrated skills, knowledge, and experience in the
supervision and development of others
- Effective presentation skills, including the proven ability to
transfer knowledge in an adult education arena
- Proven ability to effectively communicate and interact with
employees at all levels within and outside the Company
- Demonstrated skills, knowledge, and experience in adult
learning theories and methods, including course and
curriculum development
- Proven record of effective planning, organization, and
time management skills
