Description: About the Job
Successful candidates must possess exceptional, communication skills, a dedication to excellent customer service, a positive, conservative professional image, a willingness to relocate and work a varied schedule, the ability to perform physical activities and an ability to make appropriate decisions under stress. Additional qualifications include (but are not limited to):
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must undergo a 10-year background and FBI fingerprint check
Possess a high school diploma or GED
Must have the legal right to work in the United States and must be able to travel in and out of the country without restriction.
Must pass a FAA mandated pre-employment test for drug/alcohol misuse.
Must have a valid passport before attending the three week training class. If you do not currently possess a current passport, you must expedite your application and bring the receipt with you to class.
Must be able to operate all emergency exits and aircraft equipment using all the necessary movements and force up to and including 70 pounds.
Must be willing to relocate to an assigned crew base. Commuting is a possibility, but is difficult.
Must adhere to a strict uniform dress code which includes no visible tattoos or multiple piercings.


Training
Candidates selected must successfully complete an FAA training program for 20 days at our Training Center in Indianapolis. Candidates will be paid for the training period. Training includes classroom work, study groups and hands-on experience onboard the aircraft. Some of the topics covered will be customer service, safety, aircraft equipment familiarization, first aid, CPR, and responsibilities in emergency situations.

Crew bases: Bases are awarded during training based on the seniority in the class and according to the needs of our company at that time. Not all bases will be available.
