Essential Duties:

Motivates and coaches flight attendants to ensure a positive work
environment and encourage individual development and success
Administers company policies consistently
Performs appearance checks to ensure compliance with uniform
guidelines
Performs Flight Attendant Manual (FAM) checks
Conducts concourse duties to support operational goals
Stands in for boarding when necessary to avoid flight delays
Visits as many flights as possible to check in with flight attendants
Monitors crew check-ins and conducts preflight briefings
Improves customer service ratings through coaching sessions and
mentoring
Posts required documents by set deadlines
Inserts Read Files and audits flight attendant sign-off sheets to
verify compliance
Enters Lead List pay into Crew Trac
Delivers documents to flight attendants for Random drug tests
Attend NOI meetings as necessary
Inserts Passport renewal letters, Company communication,
monthly schedules, etc…into flight attendant v-files
Researches complaints as directed
Investigates delays and other incidents as directed
Calls flight attendants for information as necessary
Monitors attendance
Composes disciplinary letters
Inserts revisions/bulletins and tracks loaner FAMs borrowed by
flight attendants
Tracks FAM revision/bulletin transmittals
Oversees crew parking process
Acts as advocate for flight attendants by contacting other
departments as necessary:
Crew Scheduling, Payroll, Travel, Inflight Training, Station
personnel, Flight Ops, Maintenance, etc…
Oversees 600+ flight attendants to ensure satisfactory job
performance
Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
Previous Flight Attendant experience required, must be able to hold
Flight Attendant qualification to include ability to fly.
High School Diploma or GED required, College degree preferred
One year minimum previous Inflight management or Flight
Attendant experience preferred
Thorough understanding and application of company policies and
procedures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to anticipate and resolve problems in an expeditious manner
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Must be available for flexible scheduling to support Spirit Airlines
operation to include weekends and holidays
Work record which reflects strong leadership skills, superior
performance and high ethical standards
Ability to motivate and counsel when required
Positive attitude with the ability to be an effective mentor
Strong commitment to excellence, innovation, and accountability
Professional appearance and demeanor
Proven ability to coach, motivate, and provide direction to
subordinates.
Ability to manage multiple detail-oriented projects in a fast-paced
environment
