Position: Director, In-Flight Services
Description: Responsible for the implementation and oversight of all In-Flight Services. During all phases of a USA Jet Airlines operation (flight,) the Director of In-Flight Services shall report directly to (in regard to the flight) the Captain as assigned, and ultimately the Director of Operations for the purpose of FAR Compliance and safety of flight.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

•Responsible for the direct supervision of all Flight Attendants.
• Supervise and/or conduct the Flight Attendant training, coordinate with the Director of training on all Flight Attendant training requirements.
• Responsible for coordinating with the Director of Training on any outsourced training requirements for Flight Attendants.
• Coordinate and establish standards for Flight Attendant training to ensure consistency of procedures.
• Coordinate with the Training Department for scheduling in-house training, outsourced training, and Flight Attendance Competency Checks.
• Ensure Flight Attendants are qualified and adequately trained to hold their respective positions.
• Conduct in-flight evaluations of Flight Attendants to ensure compliance with USA Jet Airlines approved/accepted manuals and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Select, coordinate, and authorize all Flight Attendance uniforms and associated items.
• Responsible for the quality of the following programs in association with the Flight Attendant‘s duties:
- Exit row seating
- Carry-on baggage
- Passenger handling
- Cabin procedures
• Responsible for ensuring the in-flight duties are carried out with emphasis placed on the higher degree of safety as addressed in Flight Attendance Manual.
• Administrate all Flight Attendant activities including hiring and termination.
• Responsible for the integrity of the Flight Attendant Manual and the Flight Attendant Training Program; shall recommend and prepare revisions for the same.
• All duties and responsibilities which help to ensure that the Flight Attendants are operating in accordance with safe operating practices and in compliance with the FARs, air carrier manuals, and procedures.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Director of Operations.
• Shopping and stocking of aircraft provisions at the home domicile.
• Perform Flight Attendant duties as needed to cover any unassigned trips.
• On Call 24/7.

Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Must have a least 10 years of 121 experience including cabin management
