Cabin Crew Recruiter Qatar Airways

Position: Cabin Crew Recruitment Manager / Flight Deck Recruitment Manager

Reporting to the SVP Corporate HR, these two roles are responsible for leading a team of recruitment professionals to ensure that the recruitment needs of Cabin Crew or Deck Crew are fulfilled in the most effective and timely manner. The roles will focus on delivering the recruitment strategy, leading the workforce planning exercise for the Cabin Crew or Deck Crew and managing a team of recruitment officers accountable for ensuring the advertising, sourcing, screening, testing and interviewing of all applicants. Key to these roles is the ability to manage a relationship with the Head of Cabin Crew or Deck Crew, and planning, organizing, and implementing a recruitment process that best fits the customer's needs. The roles include the design and implementation of recruitment programs and policies ensuring that best practice which meets all local legal requirements and procedures is employed and that recruitment KPI's are achieved.

Requirements:

College degree / diploma in HR Management or equivalent qualification in recruitment
Candidate must have experience recruiting either Cabin Crew or Deck Crew for an airline
Minimum 6 years experience in Human Resources (preferably in recruitment) in a large multinational environment
Ability to manage a team
Strong account and supplier management skills
Working knowledge of HR - IT recruitment systems
