Job Description
SEP Instructors for short and long term consultancy training projects

The role of the SEP Instructor is to instruct and examine cabin crew during initial, conversion, continuation and recurrent training.


The full job description will be provided upon request to the Head of Training


The applicant criteria

Applicants should have considerable experience in the airline industry,

Minimum of two years experience in the delivery of cabin crew training,

Valid Certificate in training delivery and instructional techniques,

Minimum of three years experience in operating as cabin crew with experience in operating on at least two different aircraft types,

Must have experience in delivering any or all of the following cabin crew training subjects:

-Safety Equipment and Emergency Procedures

-First Aid and Aviation Medicine

-Dangerous Goods

-Aircrew Security

-Crew Resource Management

The ability to communicate effectively with a professional and thorough manner are also essential requirements for this position.

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, positive, and flexible. He/she will be a confident and clear communicator both verbally and on paper.
