Brief Description
Responsible for base operations and directing the performance of
assigned personnel in order to meet established performance goals
and objectives. Responsible for the productivity, job performance
and product delivery of the domicile's flight attendants and
management staff. Effectively administer Company and
Department Policies and Procedures, the Flight attendant Collective
Bargaining Agreement, and ensure compliance with all Federal
Aviation Administration requirements. Handle local union
grievances.

Detailed Description
Provide support and motivation to employees through continued
communication and follow up.
Recommend procedure, policy, manual and training enhancements
based on knowledge and employee input.
Evaluate the immediate and overall job performance of
management and administrative employees, providing positive
recognition and corrective feedback when appropriate.
Conduct annual performance evaluations for direct reports.
Develop and maintain a cost effective budget.
Display exceptional interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to
lead, direct, monitor, motivate, evaluate and take corrective
measures.

Job Requirements
Two years management experience at the supervisory level or
above.
Four year degree in Management, Business Administration or
related field or maintain equivalent experience.
Maintain a working knowledge of the Flight Attendant Collective
Bargaining Agreement, Company guidelines/policies and the lfight
attendant position.
Working knowledge of CATS (Catcrew and Catmenu)/Maestro,
Crew Broadcasting System (CBS)/SBS and Shares/QIK
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Excellent attendance record and job performance record.
Must be willing to relocate to DCA and remain in position for one
year.
