PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

This position is responsible for following all cabin safety and
services for Yum Aviation’s corporate aircraft operations. Provide
safety assurance as well as ensuring a cabin environment that is
advantageous to passengers needs. With the guidance of the Cabin
Safety Manager, maintain the overall policies and procedures from
which cabin safety and services for the entire Yum Aviation
department will be governed.

POSITION FUNCTIONS:

CABIN SERVICE OPERATIONS
Maintain a high level of proficiency and knowledge in the area of
cabin safety and service for corporate flight operations.
Maintain a work atmosphere which is consistent with Yum business
philosophies.
Fly trips as necessary to cover Yum Aviation’s flight schedule.
Obtain and sustain the needs of key customers of Yum Aviation.
Utilize passenger profiles and procedures to ensure appropriate
catering is served to passengers.
Coordinate with flight crew members on any issues involving cabin
equipment serviceability and amenities.

CABIN SERVICE ADMINISTRATION
Follow CSA SOP’s, service flow guidelines, and catering categories
to ensure consistent high quality of service is received by all
passengers on Yum Flights.
Attend and participate in regular meetings of Yum! Aviation.
Utilize SOP’s, and stock list for aircraft supplies, inventory, and
catering so as to minimize waste.
Assist scheduling department in the coordination on YUM
Aviation’s flight schedule by providing support to coordinators
when needed.
Coordinate with Cabin Safety Manager to ensure balance in days/
hours worked, time off, and, training.
Adhere to all operational procedures and policies for cabin safety
and service. Comply with regulatory requirements of the FAA,
ICAO and all other controlling agencies of countries visited by Yum
Aviation aircraft.

FLIGHT CREW TEAM MEMBER TRAINING
Attend all scheduled company and requalifying training.
Maintain an industry “Best Practices” standard in team member
safety, service and proficiency.

CABIN SAFETY and SERVICE
Comply with all OSHA and Yum Safety Practices during
performance of job.
Become familiar with Yum Aviation Safety Management System,
and to ensure its principles serve as basis for all cabin safety and
service policies and procedures.
Minimum Requirements
Cabin Safety Attendant must have a minimum high school diploma
with experience in corporate business aviation. He/She must have
experience in large cabin aircraft operations, be capable of
international flight and become familiar with the cultural differences
of international destinations of Yum Aviation. He/She must be able
to assess passenger needs, be skilled in identifying medical
injuries and conditions, and to administer first aid. He/She must be
a leader, people developer with excellent communication skills, be
highly motivated, self starter, and able to manage the operational
requirements of the position. A minimum of 2 yrs CSA experience
either in a Corporate or Airline job
This position necessitates interaction with senior management of
Yum and their corporate guests. They must have the ability to
assess passenger individual needs, a keen sense of awareness and
to adapt to changing situations in a professional manner. The
performance of their duties must appear seamless to their
customers. The individual must be able to communicate clearly and
practice the business philosophies of Yum!
