Description
Responsible for promoting food and beverage sales to
guests throughout the Admirals Club. Maintains orderly
bar and kitchen area. Works closely with food caterer to
assure consistent quality and presentation upon delivery.
Verifies delivery orders against invoices. Maintains
spoilage report. Monitor and records inventory levels.
Responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly
appearance of bar, dining and lounge areas.

Responsibilities include but not limited to all aspects of
hospitality environment; monitor food levels, straighten
furniture, maintain magazines/newspaper racks, proactive
guest assistance. Handles food/ beverage setup and
service of conference rooms. Responsible for cash
register transactions and deposits for food and beverage
orders. Prior hospitality industry, sales experience and
ServSafe certification preferred.

Qualifications

•High school diploma or GED
•Bartender/mixology experience required
•Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends, holidays
and days off
•Must be able to read, write, fluently speak and understand
the English language
•Must fulfill FAA criminal background checks to qualify for
unescorted access privileges to airport security
identification display areas (SIDA)
•Must be able to secure appropriate airport authority and/or
US Customs security badges
