Position: Flight Attendant (Arlington, VA)
Description: Ensures the cabin safety and efficiency during all phases of flight. Provides service and assists/interacts with high level executive passengers, and ensures their comfort throughout the entire flight. Oversees menu planning, catering, food preparation, and presentation.

Manages all required aircraft suppliers and catering vendors keeping within pre-determined budget. Purchases all required items, and ensures the flight department;s commissary is stocked at all times.

Manages the contract flight attendants used by the department. Provides the Senior Captain with input regarding flight attendant procedures and policies that conform to the ISBAO (International Standard Business Aircraft Operators) standard.


Required Skills:
Good understanding of procedures and concepts within own technical/subject area. Good understanding of how assigned duties contribute to the work of the team. No supervisory responsibility, but the job requires providing informal guidance to new team members and may also check the work of other members or team. Analytical thought needed to resolve issues in a variety of complex situations, without supervision. Directly impacts the quality of services provided by self or others. Developed communication skills to exchange complex information. Limited negotiation required. Project/program team member. FACTS training certificate or flight safety international training certificate.

Preferred Skills:
7-10 years experience preferred.
