Responsibilities

Responsible for establishing appropriate courses and adequate
training standards that meet the company objectives and comply
with the relevant National Aviation Authorities

Requirements

Possess a recognized Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business
studies/Administration/Management/or equivalent
At least 5-10 years working experience in the aviation industry,
particularly as In-flight service training instructor
Supervisory experience preferred
High comfort level working in a diverse environment
Possess personal traits: friendly, mature, humble, honest,
meticulous; self-starter; able to perform under pressure in a
challenging environment
Knowledge of methodologies to develop In-flight service training
programs
Proficient in oral and written English and Bahasa Melayu
Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, word, outlook, and
access
Ability to maintain high confidentiality, tactful and discretion when
dealing with people
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate
effectively with internal and external customers
Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions and judgments
Ability to meet tight deadlines, work under pressure and prioritize
multiple projects
Self motivated individual; willing to travel and work/flexible
extended hours
