Responsibilities

Responsible for performance of their individual wards and overall
managing, controlling and monitoring of cabin operations covering;
Safety & Security / Standard Operation Procedures / Consistent
achievement of set KPIs

Requirements

Possess a minimum SPM with Credit in Bahasa Malaysia and
English, or equivalent.
A minimum of 2 year flying as crew and more than 1 year
experience as Senior Flight Attendant (minimum 6 months if with
previous airlines experience )
High comfort level working in a diverse environment
Able to travel as when it is required
Support the Commander in maintenance of a proper standard of
Flight Attendant discipline, conduct and personal appearance.
Possess personal traits: friendly, mature, humble, honest,
meticulous; self-starter; able to perform under pressure in a
challenging environment
Proficient in oral and written English and Bahasa Melayu
Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, word, outlook, and
access
Ability to maintain high confidentiality, tactful and discretion when
dealing with people
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate
effectively with internal and external customers
Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions and judgments
