Support IFS management with the most appropriate and effective communication structure, processes and channels, allowing them to lead the department. Provide a transparent two-way communication flow between management and staff - ground and cabin crew. Ensure that IFS internal communications is strategically aligned with the vision, mission and values of the organization

Qualification & Education:

Higher diploma in Communication.



Experience:

Minimum 5 yrs experience in internal communication. Aviation experience is desirable. Experience working in a large, complex and multi cultural environment is essential.



Training:

Qualifications include excellent writing and presentation skills. Must have the desire and ability to network and form relationships. Open to continuous development and change.



Knowledge:

Understands the role of internal communication and the impact it has on the internal climate of the organization. Has psychological knowledge of group behavior. Excellent spoken and written English. Microsoft office user.
