Position Summary:

Flight Attendants ensure compliance with Company as well as FAA
regulations and policies while providing a professional, courteous
and a friendly flight for customers.

Essential Functions:

Has the authority to conduct interviews, hiring and discharging of
flight attendants.
Assists the In-flight Manager on coordinating operation policies with
appropriate activities.
Assists the In-flight Manager to ensure quality compliance of the
flight attendant duties/cabin procedures process.
Prepare reports showing place of departure and destination,
passenger ticket numbers, meal and beverage inventories, and
lost and found articles
All other duties assigned by In-Flight Manager and /or VP of In-
Flight..

Minimum Job Requirements:

Must possess managerial skills and have previous flight attendant
experience.
Have full knowledge of policies and procedures associated with
flight attendant duties.
Must be a current and qualified flight attendant
High school diploma/GED
Ability to obtain a Government issued I.D
Speak, read and write English fluently
U.S. Citizen or have authorization to work in U.S.
Minimum of 21years of age
Complete use of all five senses
Minimum 20/40 vision, corrected or uncorrected
Height no talker than 5ft, 10”
Physically fit, well groomed and practice good hygiene and
etiquette
Ability to lift 45 pounds to shoulder
Customer service background with emphasis on communication
skills
Available to be away from base for up to 6 continuous days
Willing and able to relocate to any assigned base
Pass initial and ongoing drug screening
Pass FAA 10 year (plus) background and fingerprinting check
Must be flexible, dependable and work well with others supervised
and unsupervised
Willing to work nights, weekends and holidays
