application process and Flight Attendant position.

All invitations are valid for six (6) months and will be emailed to
qualified applicants when a session is being held in their area.

All applicants must confim their seat by responding to the email
which will include the city/state and time of the open session (when
being held, you will be notified via email).

Please see instructions below on how to complete your online
application: an online application must be completed in order to
attend an open session.

No previous airline experience necessary to apply! Must be 21
years of age.

Mesa Air Group Flight Attendants ensure compliance with company
as well as FAA regulations & policies while providing a professional,
courteous & friendly flight for our passengers, keeping in mind
that "SAFETY" is our first priority.

BASES
Applicants must be willing to relocate to any assigned Mesa Air
Group base, based on operational needs at the time. Current
bases are as follows:

PHX (Phoenix, AZ)
DEN (Denver, CO)
GJT (Grand Junction, CO)
CLT (Charlotte, NC)
ORD (Chicago - O’Hare)
IAD (Washington-Dulles)
CVG (Cincinnati, OH)

Bases are subject to change.

We cannot promise that you will be given your first choice of a
base; our most junior bases at this time are IAD, and ORD.

COMPENSATION

Starting pay for Flight Attendants is: $15.59 per flight hour.
After 6 months: $16.71 per flight hour
After one year: $18.40 per flight hour.
Flight Hours will be discussed at the open session

Previous Airline experience NOT required!

Only FULL time Flight Attendant positions available. Sorry, NO part
time.

REQUIREMENTS

If you meet the minimum requirements and are a professional,
friendly, outgoing individual, with a high level of customer service

Minimum Requirements:

Must posses a positive and professional attitude with a high level of
customer service!
Must pass FAA 10 year (plus) background & fingerprinting check
(provided by Mesa Air Group)
Must pass initial and ongoing drug screening.
High School Diploma/GED
Able to obtain a Government Issued I.D.
Must be able to speak, read, & write English fluently
Must be a U.S. Citizen or have authorization to work in U.S. as
defined in Immigration Act of 1986.
At least 21 years of age
Must have complete use of ALL five senses
Minimum 20/40 vision, corrected or uncorrected
Height no taller than 5ft. 10 inches
Be physically fit, well groomed & practice good hygiene & etiquette
Able to lift 45 pounds to shoulder
Customer Service background with emphasis on communication
skills
Available to be away from base for up to 6 days at a time
Attend unpaid training in Phoenix AZ or Charlotte, NC
Must be willing & able to relocate to any assigned base
Must be flexible, dependable & work well with others supervised &
unsupervised
Willing to work nights, weekends & holidays
Applicants selected for training must be willing to attend a tuition
free training course in Phoenix, AZ or Charlotte, NC for up to 3-6
weeks,
lodging and travel is provided to training. (Travel is standby.)

APPLICATION PROCESS Very Important: If your application is not

an open recruiting session.

All applicants that are interested in attending an open recruiting
session will need to complete an application for the Flight Attendant
position, and attend an open interview session. Please make sure
your application is complete.

You must be willing and able to relocate! We only have FULL time
Flight Attendant position available and we are sorry, but we do not
offer travel to our sessions.

1. Please make sure you meet the minimum requirements.

2. Create a log in and complete the online application. For payroll
purposes, the name on Social Security card must match your
name entered on the application.



3. If approved for an interview, you will receive an invitation to an
interview session, via email after review of your application.
Complete an online application below. Please ensure after
completing your application that you save and please make sure
you have "PUBLISH" it.

4. Attend a group information/interview session that is closest to
you. Our website is updated by Thursday, of each week if we are
holding open sessions. If your application is approved, you will be
emailed an invitation after your application has been completed
online within one to two days. Print the invitation & bring with you.
In order to attend a recruiting session you must have an
invitation. Session times are listed below No late applicants
admitted. NOTE: WE DO NOT PROVIDE TRAVEL TO OUR
INTERVIEW SESSIONS.

Please check the website the day of the session you plan to attend
periodically thru out that day as sessions may be cancelled due to
weather and/or flights.

5. Professional BUSINESS attire required at interview session.

6. If you are selected for training, you will attend Flight Attendant
training in Phoenix, AZ or Charlotte, NC for 3-6 weeks. Process
will include drug screening, full 10 year (plus) FAA
background/fingerprint check (provided by Mesa Air Group).

7. Applications are held on file for 6 months. If you are not
selected or are unable to attend an open interview session during
that time, please update your online application AFTER the 6 month
mark has been reached.

employed, or ever invited to training for any department, please

been scheduled in your area.
